Shower area defective. Hand shower worked and was not repaired. Furthermore I asked for an iron: 1xe a totally charred iron, then one was delivered and did not work and only when I mentioned this 2 times at the reception this problem was actually solved.

The hotel we stayed in during our city break had a fantastic location, very close to the old town and other major attractions. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a lovely view. the free drinks and alcohol available from 8am to 11pm in the executive lounge on the higher floor was a nice touch.

Although we enjoyed our stay, we did face some challenges. The breakfast could be better, with a wider variety of options and better quality.

My recent Easter trip was marvelous! The rooms were spacious with an extremely comfortable bed that made me feel like royalty. The staff was friendly and treated me with warmth. The Executive Lounge provided complimentary refreshments and snacks which were the perfect treat after a long day. Plus, the location was central, with easy access to everything I needed. Lastly, I enjoyed the amazing view from the top floor.

The pool and gym closed down, leaving nothing to do while at the hotel. my safety box was accessed with an incorrect password which led to cash theft.
